Practicing yoga in a heated room warms the muscles and allows for a deeper stretch. Sweating helps detoxify the body by flushing toxins from the skin. This endorphin rush provides a more intense workout for those who want to develop strength and flexibility while relieving stress and expanding mindfulness.
All of our classes take place in The Den.
The Den is our dark cave full of hot air (don’t worry-not too hot!) where you resolve any issues destabilizing mental clarity through the art of yoga. One of our exceptional teachers will guide you through an invigorating 60 minute flow where you will sweat it all out and end in a well deserved Savasana.
